RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE AND STORAGE METHOD:
Preparation: Wash the chickpeas and soak for 12 hours, cook in a pan for about three hours, or in a pressure cooker for 45 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking. Ideal to enjoy with extra virgin olive oil, flavored with pepper and rosemary and to prepare soups and broths.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
