Organic pearl barley grown and packaged in Val d’Orcia by Mulino Val d’Orcia.
Barley is rich in mineral salts, in particular phosphorus, which makes it particularly suitable for those who are regularly engaged in intellectual activities. It also has emollient, diuretic and refreshing properties.
Thanks to pearling, the outer layers of the bark are eliminated and consequently cooking time is reduced while retaining all nutrients.
