Organic Senatore Cappelli durum wheat pasta
Our idea of Pasta is different. We make Senatore Cappelli whole grain durum pasta. After being bronze drawn, the pasta dries slowly at a low temperature – the result is a unique, nutritious kind of pasta with a rough and porous texture, a beautiful dark colour and a strong flavor. Best if paired with a soft sauce that playfully interacts with the palate.
